Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri D.Ramakrishna, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 20.08.2026 addressed to Registrar (Judicial) seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as available under law.

Permission is accorded, as prayed for.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail such remedy as available under law.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
