Judgment
O R D E R (ORAL)

Both sides submit that the matter stands stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No(s).103-107/2016 dated 15.11.2016 in connected matter in CP(C) 69/2022 arising from O.A 552/90. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of the order also. The C.P(C) is being adjourned since there is stay of the Apex Court.
Since the Contempt Petition is pending for long, we deem it appropriate to close the same leaving open liberty of the petitioner to approach the Tribunal again, if necessary, after the disposal of the Civil Appeals pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
