ORDER
IA 5157/2024:- This IA has been filed by the Stakeholder Consultation Committee of Siddharth Natural Food Resources Limited only for the Replacement of the liquidator. Learned counsel for the liquidator is present and submits that he has no objection if the requested change is allowed. The applicant herein have filed a written consent dated 19.07.2024 of Efficax Resolution Professionals Private Limited (Corporate IP) as the new liquidator. Their AFA has also been filed which is valid up to 31.12.2025. In view of the no objection, stated by the learned counsel of the present liquidator we deem it appropriate to allow the change in the liquidator without going into the averments and the allegations and counter allegations. Accordingly, M/s Eefficax Resolution Professional Private Limited having No. IPA/ICAI/IPE/017 and registered with the IBBI with registration no. IBBI/IPE-0153/IPA-3/2023-24/50063 is appointed as liquidator in this case. Accordingly, the IA is allowed and disposed of in above terms.
