ORDER
IA/2056/2026: - This IA has been filed by Mr. Avinash Ambikaprasad Shukla, Liquidator of the Corporate Debtor seeking replacement of self by Mr. Anil Kohli as Liquidator for the corporate debtor. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that since the present Applicant is not keeping good health, he seeks to step out from the duties of the Liquidator and accordingly, this IA has been filed by him.
It is submitted that the SCC in their 13th meeting held on 28.04.2026, have discussed the matter and accordingly resolution has been approved by 92.54% voting in favour of the proposed change. The written consent of the proposed liquidator has been placed on record at page 47, Certificate of Registration is on page 49 and AFA is valid up to 31.12.2026 is at page 50.
We have considered the facts of the case, submission of the learned counsel and averments in the IA. Accordingly and in terms of the prayers seeking replacement the present Liquidator Mr. Avinash Ambikaprasad Shukla is allowed and accordingly Anil Kohli designated partner and authorised signatory of the ARCK Resolution Professionals LLP having IBBI registration No. IBBI/IPE-0030/IΡΑ-1/2022-2023/50013 and AFA valid till 31.12.2026, is appointed as liquidator. Accordingly, this IA is allowed and disposed of.
