Justice L. Narasimha Reddy, Chairman :
The OA is of the year 2009. At one point of time, the OA was allowed, but when the order passed by this Tribunal was challenged before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, the writ petition was allowed, and the matter was remanded back to the Tribunal. Time was stipulated for disposal of the OA after remand.
Taking into account, the urgency involved in the OA, we directed the matter to be listed yesterday. Since, there was no representation for the applicants, we directed the matter to be listed today, under the caption “Dismissal” so that the applicants can have an opportunity to represent their case. Even today, there is no response from them. It appears that the applicants have lost interest in the OA itself. We dismiss the OA for default.
