Judgment
This is an application to extend the time granted for curing the defects.
The facts of the case are that the Applicants filed the Interlocutory Application (IA) on 15.11.2022 and the Office after scrutiny of the IA on 16.11.2022, intimated the defects to the Applicants on the same day and returned the IA to the Applicants on 23.11.2022. The Applicants re-filed the IA on 29.11.2022. It is stated in the Interlocutory Application (IA) that as there were many defects, it took time to cure the same and in between on weekend the office of counsel was not operational due to urgent personal engagements. Hence, there is delay of 06 days in re-filing the application, so the same may be condoned.
Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants and perused the averments made in the IA as well as Office report.
Considering the submissions made on behalf of the Applicants and for the reasons mentioned in the IA, which are sufficient, the delay in refiling the IA is hereby condoned.
With the aforesaid order, this IA stands disposed of.
