No notice need be issued because respondents have been served with copies of the memo of appeal by way of advance notice under orders of this
Tribunal dated 12.1.2022 passed in AERA Appeal No. 1 of 2021 alongwith AERA Appeal No. 1 of 2016.
On a comparison of Masters Index and the index inside the the memo of appeal as well as paragraph 1 and prayer portion with the other documents
and relevant facts it is clear that some inadvertent typographical errors have occured in the index, memo of parties as well as in prayer portion and
intital paragraph, Learned counsel for the appellant prays for and is granted permission to correct the said errors by filing correct index and the
relevant pages. That should be placed at appropriate place in the brief. The correct index, memo of parties and pages shall also be furnished to the
counsels appearing for the other side at the earliest preferably within two days.
It is clarified here that this appeal is directed against the orders of AERA dated 30.12.2020 in the matter of determination of aeronatical tariff for
Indira Gandhi International Airprot Delhi for the 3rd Control Period ( 1.4.2019 to 31.3.2024). AERA is respondent no. 1, DIAL is respondent no. 2
and Ministry of Civil Aviation is respondent no. 3. Learned counsel for DIAL prays for and is granted six weeks for filing reply. Same time is
grantd for reply to other respondents as well. Rejoinder, if required, may be filed within three weeks thereafter.
Let the matter be listed under the head ""for directions"" on 31.3.2022.Â
