Heard Mr. Buddy Ranganathan, learned senior counsel for the Federation of Indian Airlines, the applicant in M A No. 266 of 2021.  He submits that the prayer for impleadment of the Federation of Indian Airlines as a respondent has been sought because the Federation representing Indian Airlines is a stake holder in the matter of fixation of tariff for major airports.

After considering the submissions of all the parties and going through the contents of the application, the prayer is allowed.  The M A is disposed of. The Federation of Indian Airlines will be added as respondent no. 3.  The appellant will file revised Memo of Parties in terms of this order by the next date.

The Appellant and respondent nos. 1 and 2 should share their pleadings with the newly added respondent both, already filed whatever may be filed later.  This should be done at the earliest.

The pleadings in the main appeal as well as M A No. 82 of 2021 filed by the Appellant for interim relief should be completed before the next date.  The reply to memo of appeal and MA,  if not filed, should be filed   within three weeks from today.   Rejoinder, if required, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.  Post the MA for further consideration on 17.11.2021.
