Judgment
M.A. No. 181 of 2024: This application has been preferred by Federation of Indian Airlines (FIA). This application has been preferred for impleadment as a party respondent No.2 in A.A No.5 of 2023.
Having heard the counsels for both the sides and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and looking to the reasons given in the M.A. No. 181 of 2024, this applicant is required to be joined as a party respondent no.2 which will be helpful to deliver justice between the parties to this litigation and hence, this M.A is hereby allowed and disposed of.
Notice upon newly joined party respondent no.2 which is accepted by the counsel Mr. Buddy A Ranganadhan, who seeks time to get the memo of the A.A 5/2023 along with the other M.As and the reply and rejoinder filed by both the parties. He is also seeking time to get instructions and to file reply in A.A 5/2023. Time, as prayed for, is granted till the next date of hearing.
This matter is, therefore, adjourned to 27.8.2024.
