It appears that subject matter of these two appeals is also involved in an appeal filed by FIA bearing AERA Appeal No. 2 of 2022. From the submissions advanced on behalf of FIA it appears that it has filed two appeals bearing AERA Appeal No. 1 of 2022 and AERA Appeal No. 2 of 2022, but there is some confusion whether the numbers have been correctly entered in the relevant records of those appeals.  For that purpose, list FIA Appeals, AERA Appeal No. 1 of 2022 and AERA Appeal No. 2 of 2022 under the head "To be Mentioned" on 15.3.2022.

Since these appeals are required to be heard along with FIA’s appeals, a date shall be fixed later when the other appeals are also ready.

List these matters under the same head on 19.4.2022 for fixing a date.

On behalf of Air India a prayer has been made for extension of time for filing reply in AERA Appeal No. 1 of 2016 because of some practical difficulties and because Air India has been added as a respondent belatedly.  The prayer for extension of time by two weeks is allowed.  Rejoinder, if required, may be filed within three weeks thereafter.
