This application has been preferred for condonation of delay of 12 days in this Aera Appeal.
Having heard the counsel for the appellant as well as counsel for the respondent and looking to the reasons stated in this MA especially para numbers 4 and 5, there are reasonable reasons for condoning the delay. We, therefore, condone the delay in preferring this appeal.

Having heard the counsel for the appellant as well as looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and the issues involved in this Aera Appeal, we hereby allow this appellant to delete party respondent nos. 3, 8, 9 and 10.
Amended memo of the parties in this appeal shall be supplied by the appellant by renumbering the respondents. Amended memo of parties is tendered and taken on record.
