ORDER

Heard Ms. Nivedita R. Sarda, Adv. appearing on behalf of Petitioner/Operational Creditor and Mr. Nalin Kohli, Adv. appears for the Respondent/Corporate Debtor. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the name of the Operational Creditor has been changed from Farmasino Pharmaceuticals (Jiangsu) Co. Ltd. to Farmasino Co. Ltd. An amended memo of parties has been submitted in this regard as Annexure-C to this application. /

IA No. 493/JPR/2022 stands disposed of accordingly.
