Judgment
Arup Kumar Goswami, CJ
1) Heard Mr. Y. Balaji, learned counsel for Petitioners.
2) Also heard Mr. P. Subash, Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3 & 5; and Mr.N. Ranga Reddy, Standing Counsel for Respondent No. 4.
3) It appears that Petitioners had submitted a representation to the Tahsildar, Yemmiganur Mandal, Kurnool District, on 08.03.2021. It appears from the said representation, the English translation of which is at page No. 47, that out of five Writ Petitioners, only Petitioner No. 1 and 3 had submitted the representation. In the said representation, the names of Mr. Bavigadda Sivanna, S/o. B. Narayanappa, Mr. Butta Rangaiah, S/o. Butta Yellappa, and Mr.B.Chandrasekhar, S/o. Narayana Chowdhary, who are arrayed as Respondent Nos. 6, 7 and 8 in the Writ Petition do not find place.
4) By the said representation, the grievance expressed is that 0.42 cents which was earmarked in Survey No.447-C for the purpose of a park is required to be protected from illegal land encroachers. Prayer is also made for stopping registrations of deeds in respect of the subject land.
5) It appears that the said representation has not been considered and, therefore, we dispose of the Writ Petition (PIL) directing the Tahsildar, Yemmiganur Mandal, Kurnool District, to take on board the said representation and pass appropriate orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
6) All the pending miscellaneous applications; if any, are closed.
