Judgment
ORDER
The present applicant has filed under Section 95 of the Code seeking initiation of the Insolvency Resolution process of the personal grantor, Mr. Navin Raheja. On 21.01.2020 interim moratorium under Section 96 is ordered. Today, learned counsel for the applicant Mr. Datta, states that notice was issued of this application filed service affidavit. The next step in this application would be appointment of RP under Section 97 of the Code. The details and undertaking of RP are filed along with the application Form-A, Form-B certificate of registration of Mr. Rajendra Prasad Tak, and certificate of professional membership of Mr. Rajendra Prasad Tak, with ICAI are annexed with the application. The declaration by the proposed RP with respect to no disciplinary proceedings are initiated against him. The same is also mentioned in the Part IV of the application Form-C. We hereby appoint Mr. Rajendra Prasad Tak, as the Resolution Professional and direct to take appropriate steps with respect to submission of report under Section 99(1)(7) as prescribed under the Code. The procedure as described under Section 99 be followed by RP while submitting the report. List on 11.03.2020.
