Judgment
ORDER
This application is filed under Section 95 of the Code seeking initiation of Insolvency Resolution Process against the personal guarantor of the Corporate Debtor, namely, Honest Derivatives Private Limited. Issue notice.
Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that present application is filed through Resolution Professional Mr. Shah Rahul Nareshbhai, Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P-02170/2020-2021/13367 and a declaration with respect to no disciplinary proceedings being pending against the RP is also obtained. In view thereof, Mr. Shah Rahul Nareshbhai is appointed as RP in accordance with the provisions of Section 97 of the Code.
Interim Moratorium under Section 96 of the Code shall commence from the date of application. The RP Mr. Shah Rahul Nareshbhai is directed to file report within ten days.
