Judgment
ORDER
This application is filed under Section 95 of the Code seeking initiation of Insolvency Resolution Process against the personal guarantor of the Corporate Debtor, namely, Mr. Santosh Kumar PK. Issue notice.
Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that present application is filed through Resolution Professional Mr. Virendra Maurya, having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P02627/2021-2022/14022 and a declaration with respect to no disciplinary proceedings being pending against the RP is also filed. In view thereof, Mr. Virendra Maurya is appointed as RP in accordance with the provisions of Section 97 of the Code.
Interim Moratorium under Section 96 of the Code shall commence from the date of application. The RP Mr. Virendra Maurya is directed to file report as per provisions of the Code.
