Judgment
ORDER
This application is filed under Section 95 of the Code seeking initiation of CIRP against the Personal Guarantor of the Corporate Debtor, namely, M/s Aswaraj Infra Private Limited.
Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that present application is filed through Resolution Professional Mr. Pradeep Kumar Chakravarty, Registration No. IBBI/IPA-003/IP-N00123/2017-2018/11338 and a declaration with respect to no disciplinary proceedings being pending against the RP is also obtained. In view thereof, Mr. Pradeep Kumar Chakravarty is appointed as RP in accordance with the provisions of Section 97 of the Code.
Interim Moratorium under Section 96 of the Code shall commence w.e.f. 05.01.2022, the date of application. The RP Mr. Pradeep Kumar Chakravarty is directed to file report within ten days.
