ORDER
Application is filed by Financial Creditor under Section 95 of the Code seeking initiation of Insolvency Resolution Process against the personal guarantor of the Corporate Debtor, namely, Mrs. Parul Thakkar. Issue notice. Learned Counsel for the applicant requests for appointing the Insolvency Professional by the Bench. Mr. Hiten Ratilal Abhani, Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IPP-02068/2020-2021/13231is hereby appointed as Resolution Professional. Declaration with respect to no disciplinary proceedings being pending against the RP be filed within 7 days. In view thereof, Interim Moratorium under Section 96 of the Code shall commence from the date of application. The RP Mr. Hiten Ratilal Abhani, is directed to file report within ten days. List on 04.08.2022.
