Learned counsel for the applicant is absent today. On the last date of hearing, neither the applicant nor his counsel appeared. On perusal of earlier order sheets of this Tribunal, it is found that the applicant’s counsel was not regularly present.

Looking to the aforesaid fact, it seems that neither the applicant nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the matter. Therefore I am left with no option but to dismiss this Original Application for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, this Original Application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
