On perusal of order sheets, it is observed that no one is appearing on behalf of the applicant since 13.10.2022 except on 21.08.2023 proxy counsel had appeared and today again when matter was called neither the applicant nor his counsel were present. Thus, it seems that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter any more.

In these circumstances, we are left with no option but to dismiss this Original Application for want of prosecution. Accordingly, O.A. is dismissed.
