Learned counsel for the applicant is absent.

On perusal of order sheets, it is observed that no one is appearing on behalf of the applicant from the last four hearings i.e. on 27.06.2022, 08.07.2022, 29.07.2022, 07.09.2022 and today also when matter was called neither the applicant nor his counsel were present.

Looking to the aforesaid fact, it seems that neither the applicant nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the matter. Therefore, I am left with no option but to dismiss this Original Application for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, this Original Application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
