Judgment
At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant wants to make a detailed representation in addition to the earlier one dated 12.01.2021. He further submits that the applicant will be satisfied, if a time bound direction is given to the respondents to consider and decide such a representation of the applicant.
Accordingly, the applicant is permitted to make a detailed representation, in addition to the earlier one dated 12.01.2021 within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondents are directed to consider and decide such a representation of the applicant within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such a representation. The OA is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
