At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant states that he will be satisfied if applicant’s pending representation is disposed of by the respondents in a limited time frame.
Learned counsel for the respondents vehemently argues against it saying that the said representation is concocted as the same is neither on record nor has it been received in the office of the respondents.
On hearing both the learned counsel at length, we are of the view that the ends of justice would be met if the respondents are directed to consider the contents of this OA as the representation of the applicant and dispose of the same in a limited time frame.
Accordingly, respondent No. 2 is hereby directed to consider the averments made in the present OA as representation of the applicant and dispose of the same, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within a span of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. A copy of the speaking order so passed be given to the applicant. It is made clear that we have not entered into the merits of the case.
The OA stands disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
