Judgment
The applicant filed this OA seeking the following reliefs:
"(i)Direct the respondents to issue necessary office order absorbing the applicant in the working post of Junior Engineer, P.Way by implementing the Annexure A4 order passed by the competent authority with all consequential benefits.
(i)Award costs of and incidental to this applicantion

When the matter came up for consideration, counsel for the applicant submits that the entire relief has already been granted and hence the Original Application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Original Application is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
