Ms. Nita Chowdhury, J

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents shows us the order passed in this matter. He also draws our attention to the order dated 24.01.20190 passed by the respondents and has enclosed a copy of the same along with compliance affidavit. He also draws our attention to copy of the order of the Hon'ble High Court, which is being passed in the W.P.C No. 3543/2018, filed by the respondents and in which it has been stated by the Hon'ble High Court as follows:-

" The additional affidavit filed by the petitioners itself shows that in other cases the petitioner has passed the reasoned orders in the case of other candidates upon similar directions being issued by the Tribunal. Consequently we see no justification for the petitioners to assail the present orders passed by the Tribunal. The petitioner should comply the respondent in the light of judgments in Deepak Kumar & Ors vs. District Sessions Judge, Delhi & Ors., WPC No. 5390/2010 and Ravindera Devi vs. GNCTD & Ors 2014 (6) SLR 562 ( Delhi)"

In view of the detailed order passed by the respondents, we find that they have complied with the orders of the Tribunal. Accordingly, notices issued to the respondents are discharged and CP is closed. Leave is given to the applicant to challenge above order if so advised, in accordance with law.
