On the application moved by the Applicant/CoC stating that CoC has passed a resolution on 20.02.2020 with 67.63% voting share for replacement of IRP namely Mr. Divyesh Desai with Mr. Anuj Jain [Regn. No.: IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00142/2017-18/10306] as Resolution Professional, this Bench hereby forwards the name of this Resolution Professional proposed by the CoC to IBBI for its confirmation within ten days hereof.
Accordingly, the Registry is hereby directed to forthwith communicate this order to IBBI for confirmation.
List this application on 27.05.2020 with a direction to the CoC to pay the remuneration to the IRP, if anything is left to be paid.
