ORDER
Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner is present and orally submits that he be allowed to withdraw the Company Petition as Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) is already initiated against the Corporate Debtor by Court Room No. V in the Company Petition registered as CP (IB) 498/MB-V/2021 by its order dated 04.10.2021. Ld. Counsel for the Operational Creditor has also screen shared the said order. Having considered the same, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn as the same stands disposed of as dismissed.
