Judgment
At the outset, Mr. Viren Sharma, learned counsel representing Resolution Professional of Amarprakash Rice Exports Pvt. Ltd. appears and submits that CIRP against the respondent/corporate debtor has already been initiated vide order dated 24.06.2022 passed by this Bench in CP(IB) No.169/Chd/Pb/2021; Raj Kumar Singla versus Amarprakash Rice Exports Pvt. Ltd.
In the circumstances, it is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to prefer the claim before the Resolution Professional.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances and in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner is at liberty to prefer the claim before the Resolution Professional, in accordance with law.
