On instructions, it is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that he wants to withdraw the present petition as CIRP proceedings have already been initiated against the respondent-corporate debtor, vide order dated 18.06.2021 passed by this Bench in CP(IB) No. 223/Chd/HP/2020; Smt. Kanika Dandona through her Attorney Holder Shri. Jatin Dandona Versus AG Appliances Private Limited. Keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
