ORDER

Ld. Counsel appearing for both the parties submit that the matter is settled amicably out of Court between the parties. Hence, they are seeking permission to withdraw the main company Petition. Permission is granted. Liberty is not given to revive this Petition if Corporate Debtor breach the consent terms. If consent terms are breached by Corporate Debtor, then Financial Creditor can file fresh Company Petition. In view of the above submissions C.P. 778/2022 is dismissed as withdrawn on the ground of settlement.
