ORDER
None present for the Parties when the matter is called out. Record reveals that on 12.08.2022, time was sought by the Financial Creditor to take out Interlocutory Application for withdrawal of the main Company Petition. However, no such Application has been taken out till date. Even today, neither the Counsel for the Financial Creditor is present nor the Interlocutory Application is listed on Board today. Hence, we thus found that the matter is amicably settled between the parties. In that view of the matter and since there is no representation from the side of the Operational Creditor, the present Company Petition bearing CP (IB) No. 871 of 2020, is dismissed for want of prosecution. File be consigned to record.
