O R D E R

We have joined this Division Bench online through video conferencing.
None for the petitioner. Shri T.C. Agarwal, learned counsel for the respondents is present.
At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents mentions that the learned counsel for the petitioner has not been attending the court on previous dates of hearing also, probably as he is not keeping good health.
Learned counsel for the respondents draws attention to the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Uttarakhand on 21.02.2022 vide which the order passed by this Tribunal in OA No.845 of 2018, which is a subject of this contempt, has been stayed.
In view of this development, the instant contempt proceedings are closed. Notices issued to the respondents are hereby discharged. The applicant would be at liberty to approach the appropriate legal fourm, required, after the matter is settled by the Hon’ble High Court.
All the MAs pending in this contempt petition are disposed of as having being infructuous.
