Today, when taken up, learned Senior Central Government Standing Counsel has produced before Tribunal a copy of the order No.132601/Sur.Defi 2022/JE (QS&C)/32/EIB(S)/A1(a) dated 03.03.2023 whereby the applicant, Smt.Bindhya B.David, JE (QS&C) of GE (AF) Trivandrum, stands posted to Kochi, revising the earlier order. This is recorded. In the light of the above submission and as suggested by the learned counsel for the applicant, the Original Application is closed.
It is made clear that the question regarding Child Care Leave applied for from 1.2.2023 is left open. No costs.
