Justice L. Narasimha Reddy, Chairman:
After arguing the case at some length, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, sought permission of the Tribunal to withdraw the OA.

Permission is accorded. The OA is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is left open to the applicant to pursue the remedies depending upon the orders which the respondents may pass on the representation of the applicant. It is hoped that the respondents will pass orders on the representation, within two weeks from today.
