Judgment
This original application has been registered on the basis of the letter petition dated 08.06.2023 received through e-mail.
In the said letter petition, the grievance raised by the applicant is as against the poultry farm which is operating near the residential houses in Dullahpur. The grievance of the applicant is that on account of the foul smell emitting from the poultry farm, the nearby residents are facing problem and it is also the allegation that the poultry farm is operating illegally and inspite of the complaint by the residents no action has been taken.
Considering the nature of the grievance raised in the application, we are of the view that the issue can very well be looked into by the Member Secretary, UPPCB.
Hence, we dispose of the present application directing the Member Secretary, UPPCB to duly consider the grievance of the applicant and take appropriate remedial measures by following the due process of law.
Let the compliance report be submitted before the Registrar General of the Tribunal within three months by e-mail at [email protected] preferably in the form of searchable PDF/OCR Support PDF and not in the form of Image PDF. If found necessary, the Registrar General will place the matter before the Bench for consideration.
OA is accordingly disposed of.
A copy of this order be forwarded to the Member Secretary, UPPCB by e-mail for compliance.
