Mr. Vijay Chauhan, Advocate appears on behalf of the petitioner and represents that he is having instructions to withdraw this petition.
Taking into consideration the said representation as well as in view of Rule 8 of I&B (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Let the files be consigned to records.
In relation to Insolvency Resolution Professional (IRP) appointed by this Tribunal at the time of admission of the Order passed by this Tribunal on 15.4.2019 as well as its subsequent revocation order dated 03.6.2019, the IRP was directed to file the expenditure along with the vouchers which are to be duly remitted to the IRP by the parties within a period of 10 days from today.
