ORDER
Counsel for both the sides are represent. The Petitioner on the IA filed memo of withdrawal of the case under the signature of the authorised signatory. Perused the Memo. The memo is accepted. The Company Petition is dismissed as withdrawn under Rule 8 of Insolvency & Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016. The Petitioner in case of non-payment, if any however, is at liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedy subject to laws of limitation and cause of action. The CP is accordingly disposed of.
