Judgment
Heard Mr. M. Damodar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Putta Krishna Reddy, learned standing counsel for Municipalities, appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3.
Learned standing counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submitted that there is no interference by respondent Nos.2 and 3 - Municipality with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over the property bearing Plot Nos.497, 491, 460, 492 and 455 respectively in Survey Nos.158 and 160 of IDSMT Colony, Zaheerabad Town, Sanga Reddy District, as alleged in the writ petition.
Recording the aforesaid submission of learned standing counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, the writ petition is disposed of.
As this order is passed without entering into the merits, notice to respondent Nos.4 to 6 is dispensed with. If respondent Nos.4 to 6 are aggrieved by this order, they are at liberty to approach this Court seeking modification of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
