Judgment
This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner, aggrieved by the order dated 17.02.2026, passed by the learned Agent to the Government at Khammam in C.M.A.No.1 of 2024, confirming the orders dated 05.07.2022 in I.A.No.105 of 2022 in O.S.No.128 of 2022, on the file of the Sub Divisional Magistrate and Special Assistant to Agent to Government, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam.
Heard Mr. S. Madan Mohan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. T. Vasantha Rao, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.1-plaintiff.
During the course of hearing, Mr. T. Vasantha Rao, learned counsel for respondent No.1 submitted that subsequent to filing of the present civil revision petition, the petitioner had approached the learned Agent to Government, Khammam and filed review application vide No.1 of 2026, seeking a review of the order dated 17.02.2026, passed in C.M.A.No.1 of 2024. Hence, the present civil revision petition is not maintainable.
Learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to direct the learned Agent to Government, Khammam, to consider the review application filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, by fixing time limit.
The above said submission has not been opposed by the learned counsel for respondent No.1.
Taking into consideration the submissions made by the respective parties and without going into the merits of the case, learned Agent to Government, Khammam, is directed to consider the application filed by the petitioner i.e., the review application No.1 of 2026 in C.M.A.No.1 of 2024 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to both parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the parties in the lis shall cooperate with the learned Agent to Government, Khammam, without seeking undue adjournments.
With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall stand closed.
