This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Juvenile Court), Bhadradri Kothagudem District, to dispose of I.A.No.01 of 2026 in O.S.No.262 of 2026 filed by the petitioner seeking an interim injunction. The said application is presently posted to 28.09.2026. The petitioner has also sought an interim direction to maintain status quo pending disposal of the said application.

Heard Sri T. Vasantha Rao, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the urgency expressed by the petitioner, the trial Court is directed to dispose of I.A.No.01 of 2026 in O.S.No.262 of 2026 at the earliest, after affording an opportunity of hearing to both sides.

The trial Court is also directed to consider the specific request of the petitioner that the crop standing on the subject property belongs to him and, after conducting such enquiry as may be necessary and hearing both sides, pass appropriate orders on the said application in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
