Shri Voijay Kashhyap on behalf of Shri Gaurav Gautam and Shri Sameer Kumar Rai, counsel for the applicant. Shri Praveen Shukla, counsel for the respondents.

It appears from the record that on 20.01.2023 the Substitution Application was allowed by the court and the applicant was directed to amend the OA within a week and also to supply a copy of the amended OA.

The aforesaid order was not complied with till today. The time was granted on 29.03.2023, 14.08.2023, 08.09.2023 and 15.09.2023. Sufficient opportunities have been granted but the aforesaid amendment has not been carried out. Therefore, looking to the non-compliance of the court order the OA No.1269/2019 is dismissed. No costs
