ORDER

1.

This IA is filed by one of the members of SCC for the replacement of the Liquidator, Mr. Abhay Narayan Manudhane and appoint Ms. Prajakta Madhav Shidhore as Liquidator of the CD as the existing Liquidator has expressed his inability to continue since he has crossed the age of seventy.

2.

The SCC has resolved to appoint Ms. Prajakta Madhav Shidhore as Liquidator of the CD in its 2nd meeting dated 09.08.2024 with majority of 78.16% voting share. The written consent of the new Liquidator is also annexed with the IA.

In the given circumstances, we deem it appropriate to appoint Ms. Prajakta Madhav Shidhore, IP having registration No IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00817/2017-18/11402 as Liquidator of the CD in place of Mr. Abhay Narayan Manudhane.

IA No. 5955/2024 is allowed and disposed of.
