ORDER
1.
It was submitted on 21.11.2023 when the CD entered appearance that the matter would be settled. On 18.12.2023 the Counsel for CD submitted that the CD had initiated talks with OC to settle the matter. On 15.01.2024, both sides requested for time for settlement and the matter was adjourned to 05.02.2024. On 05.02.2024, the OC requested for time for settlement as a last chance.

Today, neither the OC nor the CD is represented. In view of the above, it is clear that the OC does not propose to pursue the matter, hence the C.P is dismissed for default.
