No representation on behalf of Petitioner/Operational Creditor today and also on the previous date of hearings. Counsel for the Respondent present and stated that the parties have settled the matter and made an agreement in this regard, but they have not filed any memo jointly stating the same in spite of the direction given by this Adjudicating Authority to the Petitioner for filing such memo with signatures of both sides. It appears that the Petitioners are not interested in proceeding with the matter or to file the joint memo of settlement. In view of the above, this petition bearing CP (IB) No.582/9/HDB/2018 is hereby dismissed for default.
