O R D E R
Ld. Counsel present on behalf of the Operational Creditor has not given his/her attendance through WhatsApp group. No representation on behalf of the Corporate Debtor.
A joint memo of settlement dated 10/11/2021 has been placed before us in terms of which the parties have agreed to settle the disputes amongst themselves. The joint memo is taken on record along with minutes dated 26.10.2021 and the letter dated 26.10.2021 issued by the Corporate Debtor in favour of the Operational Creditor. The same shall form part of this order.
CP(IB) 275/KB/2021 is dismissed in accordance with the joint memo and the minutes.
Liberty is granted to the Operational Creditor to file appropriate application to revival of the Company Petition in the stage at which it is left off in case there is a default.
