O R D E R
Learned Counsel Ms. Mano Ranjani, for the Financial Creditor and Learned Counsel Mr. Maharshi Vishwaraj, representing Corporate Debtor present. Joint memo signed by the Financial Creditor and Corporate Debtor dated 05.08.2023 reporting settlement pursuant to OTS dated 14.07.2023 has been filed. Perused the memo. In the light of the joint memo, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence the Company Petition is disposed of as per the terms of the joint compromise memo dated 05.08.2023, giving liberty to the Financial Creditor to approach this Tribunal in case of default on the part of the Corporate Debtor in complying the terms of settlement.
