Ld. Counsel for the operational creditor present.
Ld. Counsel for the Operational Creditor submits that with the settlement agreement dated 08/09/2021, the parties have agreed to settle their disputes amicably. The settlement agreement is taken on record and shall form part of this order. CP.(IB) No.87/2021 shall stand disposed of in accordance with the settlement agreement. The Commitments given in terms of settlement agreement shall be treated as commitments made to the Court and the Corporate Debtor shall be bound by the terms thereof. Liberty is granted to the Operational Creditor to file appropriate applications for revival of the Company Petition at the stage at which it was left off, in case there is a default. File be consigned to the records.
