ORDER
It is seen from the record that the OC last appeared on 01.12.2022 and that thereafter there has been no representation from the OC.
However, Counsel for the CD submits that the matter has been settled between the OC and the CD and Memorandum of Settlement was entered into between the parties on 25.03.2022. He has handed over a copy of the Memorandum of Settlement, which is taken on record.
On the last occasion this Bench had directed OC to be present today; however, there is no representation from OC today also.
Considering the above, the main C.P. is disposed of as withdrawn without prejudice to any right of OC to revive this C.P. if there is any failure in the conditions of the Memorandum of Settlement. Disposed of.
