Company Appeal(AT)(Insolvency) No. 565 of 2021
Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant submits that in the earlier Order Sheet dated 05.08.2021 inadvertently it is mentioned that the Appellant is representing the promotors of the Corporate Debtor. Actually, Mr.
Yogesh is one of the employees of the Corporate Debtor.
Learned Counsel for the Appellant further submits that it is true that they have not paid Process Fee till 01.10.2021. They are directed to pay Process Fee positively. However, Respondent No. 1 has filed Reply Affidavit. Respondent No. 1 is directed to provide a copy of the Reply Affidavit to the Appellant Counsel.
Let the matter be fixed 'For Admission (After Notice)' on 8th September, 2021.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant has filed another Application - I.A. No. 1691 of 2021 on 17.08.2021. It may be considered along with I.A. No. 1573 of 2021 for interim protection.
Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 submits that inadvertently she has not received copy of I.A. No. 1691 of 2021. Therefore, she could not file Reply of the same. Appellant Counsel is directed to provide a copy of the aforesaid Application to the Counsel of Respondent No. 1.
Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 1 submits that she has filed Reply Affidavit to I.A. No. 1573 of 2021 which is taken on record.
Let the matter be fixed for Orders on the Interlocutory Applications on 8th September, 2021.
