Judgment
This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner-plaintiff seeking to direct the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge at Miryalaguda (for short 'trial Court') for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.67 of 2023 in O.S.No.55 of 2023.
During the course of hearing, Mr. G.Sundaresan, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that I.A.No.67 of 2023 was filed in March, 2023 seeking Police protection to implement the injunction order granted in her favour. However, the same was not disposed of by the trial Court till date. Hence, he prayed this Court to direct the trial Court for early disposal of the said I.A.
In view of the aforesaid submission, without going into the merits and demerits of the case, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed, directing the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.67 of 2023 in O.S.No.55 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. No costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
